With the votes looking like the Convention will be on November 13th, 2005 I suggest the following timetable;
11/20/05 Convention
11/29/05 deadline for fields and paint bids to be submitted
12/5/05 paint and field info posted on website, voting info sent out to registered captain's (Voting may be done online if allowed)
1/16/06 deadline for votes to be sent in/registered.
